Access this screen by selecting Tool #448 List Inactive Credit Cards.
This report lists credit card accounts with no activity for a specified number of months. It can be used to assist you in researching what accounts should be closed or members to whom you may wish to send a marketing piece to promote their use of their card. You choose the number of inactive months to define what will be a part of your report.

To include closed cards in the report, uncheck Exclude close cards.

Check the check box next to Export report to file to export the data for use with Member Connect or Report Builder (Query).
