This screen will appear after selecting the spyglass to select a cash back program when configuring a credit card loan category in Tool #458 Loan Category Configuration.

To attach a code to the loan category, highlight it and choose select.

These programs are configured in Tool #1550 Credit Card Cash Back Program Config, and individual members are enrolled via Tool #20 Update Account Information.
