Print Verification of Deposit Form

These steps explain how to print a verification of deposit form.

• A verification of deposit form is needed when a third-party such as a mortgage lender requests balance information for a member's accounts. Lenders use this form in loan decisioning.

1. Use the steps to View Average Daily Balance.

2. Click Print Misc Mbr Acct Form on the Average Daily Balance Inquiry pop-up.

3. Select the printer and click the forward arrow to print.
