What's New With the Help Hub?

Help Hub Release July 2026

(Version 26.2.0)

We've added some resources to more Roles Hub pages. Say hello to the Collections Hub, Teller Hub, and Fraud and Compliance Hub!
The long awaited Education & Training page has been launched! Check out the Education Hub to view a collection of our educational and training resources in one place, including pre-conversion training information. Note: This hub is a work in progress. Expect more changes in the coming months.
Related toolset categories have been added to the existing role hubs.

We've added some resources to more Roles Hub pages. Say hello to the Mortgage Lending Hub, the Marketing Hub, and the EFT and Plastics Hub!
You'll notice some new formatting used throughout the site.

We've corrected formatting on the home page and roles hub.
We say goodbye to the previous versions of the What's New page as it now links directly to the What's New page and archives in the core software online help.
We've added some resources to the Lender Hub. These hubs are a work in progress, and we expect more updates prior to the year-end.
The links to our online help systems are now button tiles!

With this release, the What's New CBX page has been updated with the 23.05 release information.
We have laid the framework for what is to come! We have new hubs for Resources by Role, as well as a new Education Hub. The content for these new hubs will be released throughout the year as we continue to gather and curate resources to help new and long time staff lookup, learn, and more.
We've updated The Lab to be a Hangout Hub where we can have ideas and talk all things documentation (and, you can contact us if that suits your fancy!)
We've revamped the home page and introduced our new logo.
We've updated some tables and page stylings to move away from longs scrolling lists. We will continue to work on the page styling (some outside of a Help Hub release), so don't be alarmed if things look different here and there!

New to this release is a Year-End Quick Connect page is now active! Easily view deadlines for year-end processing.
